February 5, 2006I was at my local Wal-Mart yesterday picking up my favorite car care products especially since I have an extra car to take car of now that my wife got a new car this last week, her old one wasn't worth cleaning. Anyways, I saw this Amor-all tire wet gel so I thought what the hay, I'll pick this up to and try it. Still bought my traditional stuff just in case. It's this gel that comes with an applicator pad that you use to dress your tires. Now I know this is an old method espeically for dealerships and detailers. This is the first time I have seen something like this of its kind for the public. I used it on one tire and it went on very nice and they say it gets shinnier the the longer it's on and It seemed to do that. The one thing I liked about it is since you use the included applicator pad you can dress the tire without it messing up your clean rims like with the spray can tire gloss. It was getting dark so I wasn't able to get any picture but I will get some tomorrow. The one thing I did notice is it didn't give it a wet look like the others, but it did give it a shiney clean look. I will try it on the other tires and get some good pics like I said tomorrow.

February 5, 2006Can't wait for the pictures........I'm interested in the outcome
February 5, 2006Yeah, sounds like something I need to check out, THANKS!!
February 7, 2006Ok here are the pictures I promised, a day late, but better than never...LoL. This stuff goes on fairly tacky or sticky like so it's real easy to work with and you get no drips. As it sits for a few minutes the shine will set in. I am highly impressed with this stuff.
February 7, 2006I'll have to get some, when I got to the store next. Thanks for the write up.
February 7, 2006How much does the stuff cost?
February 7, 2006Looks like a great product...
February 7, 2006I think it was about $3.50 can't remember I didn't look at it. I am going to Wally World here in a bit so I will check the price.
February 7, 2006I gotta get that..when I got my rims for christmas I bought a wet n black squeeze thing that you squeeze and the gel comes of this foam piece that you rub on your tires..well..it lasted 2 car washes..
February 7, 2006Awsome TY for the heads up on a new product
February 7, 2006Looks good. I have used regular Armor-All in the past and it always attracted dust. Does this new product attract dust too?
