September 4, 2011Yeah they are pretty nice, I purchased the Bullydog Rapid Fire Intake (RFI) the other day and I love it. It gives a deep growl under ther hood and noticable torque gains. You can find it at www.truckcustomizers.com . The are on sale for $254.00, best price of any quality intake out there. They also price match. Hope this helped?
2009 Gmc Sierra 1500 Crew Cab 5.3 liter V8, Bullydog GT Tuner, Bullydog RFI Intake, Magnaflow exhaust, Kicker 10``inch sub box , 22 inch chrome wheels on Nexan 305/40/22 tires. Chrome package.
September 5, 2011If this intake will go on the truck in your avatar, 07 or newer, the GM intake is the best. Plus dealers cant get onto you about installing a CAI (cold air intake) because its made by GM. Which means they shouldn`t deny u for any warranty claims. look on E-Bay for a while, shoud be able to find one for a very reasonable price.
October 2, 2011Hey 98slv im the guy above or was him LouisianaGMC. My new long in name is Bullydoggmc, I have a different email address now so I had to rejoin. I looked into the GM intake but passed because of the metal tube and lid that comes with it. They both are gonna heat up under the hood and increase the air intake temps instead of cool them off. Plastic obsorbs heat much better than metal and would be better in my opinion but those intakes do catch the eye under the hood.
