February 17, 2007Anyone here make protein shake or smoothies?
I just started making some the other day and so far ive only got one recipe I really enjoy.
16oz soy milk, plain, unsweetened
one scoop unflavored protein powder(whey, soy, vegetable, whatever)
I just blend until its consistant and drink, turns out really good and is very basic, but im sure theres more I can add for more benefits. Feel free top lend advice.
