August 13, 2008I agree with Matt. I''ve got about 1-1.5" of crank, and it rides noticeably rougher than before I cranked. I can''t even imagine what it would feel like with twice the crank... But the truck does look good.

August 13, 2008Dan, post your Cv angle pic so we can compare to his and show what 1.5 inches looks like
August 13, 2008This is what mine look like, I''ve got about 1"-1.5" of crank, maxed stock keys.
August 13, 2008CV, balljoint and TRE angles are rediculous. Enjoy the repair bills. No to mention I doubt your 305s say they can be run on a 7" wide wheel (like your stock ones). Also a 4" lift shock won''t allow your suspension to fully compress anymore without damaging the shock. Terrible job with your truck. I guess it looks hot to the untrained fool around town though.
August 17, 2008if any one needs new rear shocks i have rancho 9000x they are for a 6 inch lift but iam sure they would work for a level kit. they have the 9 position adjustable settings. they are in the box never put on the truck. only the rear though. 100 a piece brand new but you can have them for 75 plus shipping. i also put an add a leaf in and i love the look it has now. i was surprised how easy it was.
August 17, 2008those shocks wont work with a leveling kit. read one post up for a good reason why
August 18, 2008truck looks good but would be careful with those cv angles. If you dont run into any problems then hey whatever works i like the truck though. whats your next mod?
October 27, 2008Which picture has the CV joint...I don''t know exactly which joint that is?
October 27, 2008nevermind I figured it out! uh...i don''t think i will do that to the truck i get...nope
October 24, 2011Hey your truck looks insane. I got mine about 2 years ago all stock i got a leveling kit put on it and just got an add a leaf today but did you have to get new bolts for your torsion keys to crank it up higher and when you did how much stiffer did the ride get and your ball bearings have you had to replace them yet? Thanks
